Real jobs with no date yet — from a take-off sent over without one, or moved off a day. Give one a date to put it on the board. For subcontractor work, prefer scheduling from the Work Order tool.

Jobs are no longer created here. Subcontractor work is logged and scheduled in the Work Order tool, which sends it to the crew's portal with the crew description, photos and a work-order PDF attached — none of which this form could do. Take-offs send their jobs over without a date; those wait in Needs Scheduling above. Anything WITH a date is on the calendar — a job that has not been confirmed as scheduled still shows, marked unconfirmed, rather than being hidden.
