Tap each corner of the room (1 square = 1 ft), then Finish shape. Type a wall length to lock the next wall exactly. To trace over a floor plan or photo, add a Background image and scale it with the 🖼️ Image tool.

Attach puts the map into the job — the next carrier / customer PDF from the ASD Packet Builder includes a Moisture Map page automatically. Save image opens a PNG you can share on its own.

How to use

  1. Pick the ASD job and import its rooms.
  2. Draw or drag rooms into place, then mark wet and damp areas — tap your first corner again (green ring) to close the shape automatically, or use Finish shape.
  3. ▭ Rectangle: tap the grid to stamp a standard 10×8 ft room or wet/damp area (matches whichever of Room/Wet/Damp you used last), then drag its corners to size.
  4. ☝️ Select: tap a room, area, or marker to rename, relabel, resize, or delete it — drag a corner to reshape just that point, or drag an edge to slide the whole wall.
  5. 🖼️ Image: drop in a floor plan or photo to trace over — drag it to position, drag a corner to scale, or type its real-world Width so 1 grid square = 1 ft. The Image on screen and Drawing on screen sliders fade each layer independently so you can trace comfortably either way — neither affects what prints. Tick 🖨️ Print background to have the photo print behind the finished map (Attach to packet, Save image and → JobNimbus all include it); it prints at full strength unless you turn Printed at down. Leave it unticked to use the image purely as a screen tracing guide.
  6. Place moisture points and drying equipment from the palettes.
  7. It saves with the job and attaches to the ASD packet.
