🚨 Emergency Service Work Authorization

One page. Signed on site by the homeowner and THC, then exported as a PDF for the file and the carrier.

Have your attorney read this once before you use it in the field. The wording below is the ordinary language used on emergency mitigation authorisations and it names your PA registration, the three-day cancellation right and the emergency waiver — but it creates real obligations, including a commitment not to bill the homeowner beyond their deductible. I am not able to give legal advice and have not had this reviewed by anyone qualified to.

How to use

Link the JobNimbus record if there is one — it fills in the homeowner details.
Fill in the claim number, date of loss and the rest of the insurance block. Enter the deductible: that is the only figure the homeowner is agreeing to pay.
Describe what you found on arrival and tick the emergency services you are authorised to perform.
Both parties sign on the screen, then Save PDF. It is always one page — if the text would push it over, the export says so instead of spilling onto a second sheet.

This covers emergency protective work only. Permanent repairs need a separate contract. Have your attorney read the wording once before using it in the field.
