Photo documentation for the Applied Structural Drying packet β compressed to fit carrier email limits
1 Β· Job
2 Β· Add photos
Photos are stored with the job and are picked up automatically by the ASD Packet Builder's photo-documentation pages β nothing extra to attach. Originals are re-encoded on import, so a full set of phone photos won't overflow storage.
3 Β· Photos
4 Β· Build the compressed report
No photos yet.
The report is squeezed to land under your email limit: every photo is re-encoded to exactly the resolution the printed layout needs, stepping quality down only as far as it has to. If a set can't fit in one file even at the smallest usable size, it's split into numbered parts that each fit β so you can send them without a file-transfer link.
How to use
Pick the ASD job. Photos save into that job, so the ASD Packet Builder picks them up automatically on its photo-documentation pages β there is nothing separate to attach.
Add photos from the device, the camera, or straight off the linked JobNimbus record.
Set a room and a caption on each one. Use the checkboxes plus Set room on selected to label a whole batch at once.
Choose your carrier's email size limit and build. Every photo is re-encoded down to the resolution the printed grid actually needs, so the file comes in far smaller than the stored photos with no visible loss.
If a set cannot fit one file even at the smallest usable size, it is split into numbered parts that each come in under the limit.
Everything here is stored on this device (no login needed), so it keeps working with no signal.
